FAQ

  • Please check that the customer has selected the correct size, color, and quantity. If the selection is incomplete, the product cannot be added to the shopping cart.

  • After the customer fills in the shipping information and selects the payment method, the system will display the entire order list, with the discount code entry field at the bottom before confirming the payment.

  • Once the customer has confirmed the payment, the payment method cannot be changed.

  • Customers can notify the change via Line@: @ONONO to check the order status to see if it has been shipped or not. If it has not been shipped, customers can notify the new shipping address.

  • Onono delivers products to Bangkok and surrounding areas within 1-3 business days, and to other provinces within 3-7 business days.

  • Customers can cancel their order via Line@: @onono to check the order status to see if it has been shipped. If it has not been shipped, customers can cancel the order.
