1. Exchange Conditions

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong style, color, or size.

  • The product is damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact and unremoved.

  • For hygiene reasons, lingerie and underwear can be exchanged only if they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

2. Return & Refund Conditions

A return or refund is applicable if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has manufacturing defects.

  • The product was damaged during delivery.

  • The company is unable to provide a replacement item.

Refund options:

  • Bank transfer refund within 7 business days, or

  • Store credit for future purchases.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All types of underwear

  • Used or washed items

  • Sale items / clearance products

  • Items without original tags or with incomplete packaging

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  3. Return the product to the address provided
    (shipping fees are covered by the company for defective or incorrect items).

  • ONONO reserves the right to evaluate each case individually.

  • Products damaged due to incorrect usage or caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
