สัญญาณเตือนว่าคุณใส่ชุดชั้นในผิดไซซ์

Warning signs that you're wearing the wrong bra size.

Underwear is more than just clothing that covers the body; it's a crucial element that impacts both physical health and self-esteem in the long run. Neglecting to choose the right size and style of underwear is like wearing shoes that are too tight, ultimately creating problems without you realizing it.

Warning signs that you're wearing the wrong bra size.

You may have grown accustomed to the discomfort caused by wearing the wrong bra size and learned to ignore it, but your body is sending a clear warning that it’s time to get remeasured.

Signs Your Bra Is "Too Small or Too Tight"

  1. Spillage or Bulging: Your breasts spill out over the top edge of the cups, or the tissue near the underarm area is pushed out to the sides. This is a clear sign that your cup size is too small.
  2. Underwire Digging In or Sitting on the Skin: The underwire presses into breast tissue instead of sitting properly beneath the breast, or it rubs against and pokes the ribcage, causing redness or bruising. This can be harmful to breast tissue and the lymphatic system.
  3. Red Marks on the Shoulders from Bra Straps: Deep indentations left by bra straps indicate that the underband (band) is not providing enough support. Instead, the straps are carrying the weight (in general, the underband should support about 80% of the breast weight).

Signs that your bra is "too big or too loose".

  1. The Underband Rides Up: The back band of your bra rides up and sits higher than parallel to the ground, and you can no longer tighten it using the hooks. This is a clear sign that the underband is too large, resulting in poor support.
  2. Bra Straps Keep Slipping Off: Even after adjusting the straps to their shortest length, they still slip off your shoulders. This suggests that the bra may not be designed for your shoulder width, or that the bra size is too large.
  3. Gaps in the Cups: Visible gaps or wrinkling of fabric at the top or bottom of the cups indicate that the cup size is too large, preventing the bra from properly shaping and supporting the bust.
  4. The Center Gore Does Not Lie Flat: The center panel or underwire between the breasts (the center gore) lifts away from the skin or pushes the breast tissue forward. This may indicate that the underwire is too small or the cups are too tight, preventing it from sitting flat against the chest.
